Return and Refund Policy

Given the custom nature of our food trucks and trailers, all sales are final. However, we strive for complete satisfaction.

1. Deposits:
Deposits are non-refundable once work begins. If you cancel before production starts, a partial refund may be available.

2. Build Changes:
Change requests after project commencement will be evaluated for feasibility and additional costs.

3. Defects and Repairs:
If there are any defects upon delivery, notify us within 7 days for repairs under warranty.
